Here's some pics from our hope kids birthday bash on Saturday. They had skating, bounce house's, and this cool room called the blast zone. It has foam balls and you just run around shooting them at people. The boys had a blast.
Jaxson just chilled in his stroller watching his brothers. Unfortunately the camera died right before we did the cake, so we don't have pics of that.
The new snowy view from our house.Sunday I trimmed up Jax hair, his fohawk was starting to fall because it was too long. I asked daddy to help me and of course he grabs the camera instead.
Even with the snow, we made it on our date. Jax played with auntie Boo, and the other boys were with grandma. We went to dinner and to a really dumb movie. Everything was sold out so we saw The Fourth Kind. Its supposed to be some true story about alien abductions and supposidly has real footage. LAME movie, don't go see it.
But we had a great time and thats all that matters.

Before
After.
You can see how big his face still is. I have emailed his hematologist and he still thinks Boston is a good idea. We've solved the symptoms by putting the trach in. But its obvious by the puffiness that he still doesn't have adequate blood flow in his upper body. We are going to send the MRI he had a couple of months ago to Boston because its a great picture of his veins. We want to wait a few months because he's been through a lot lately, and we want him to build up his strength before we embark on another medical adventure.

Great pics. Gald you got a date night. I am still trying to get mine, you'd think it would be easier living with my parents, lol. Can't wait for the PARTY!!!! see you for sure on friday.
Wow - you got way more snow than we did.
We just got our HopeKids tshirts this weekend. Did I tell you the reason we were accepted is because it was pre-surgery? And "once a HopeKid, always a HopeKid". So they said it was great if we still wanted to participate - it could give a new family 'hope' to see how things can turn out...
Those pictures of Jax are SO great. :) LOVE THEM and his new fohawk.
What a fun place to play at!! And the view of snow at your house....beautiful! Jaxson is such a cutie with his FOHAWK! I just love your little guy! I so hope to hold him and meet him someday...I will be praying for answers from Boston for you guys...

That snow does NOT look like fun at all! I can't believe that we haven't gotten any yet in Michigan! But, that's just fine by me!
I was hoping that Jax wouldn't need any more surgery, but his face does still look puffy! I hope that they are able to do something for that!
Have a great day! HUGS!!
I still hope and pray that Boston will have some answers for you soon. I love his new haircut! So glad you guys enjoyed your weekend! Can't wait to see you soon!
Oh I love the haircut. He is so cute no matter what, though. I am all for giving Jax a break from surgeries before doing anything more as long as he is stable right now. I hope he has the best birthday party ever on friday. So wish we could be there!! I can't wait to see all the great pics.
I'm so glad you still got to go out.
