AWWW! By far my most fave baby legs I have seen! Where did you get them? I have to copy! He looks like he is doing a bit better. I hope he is still doing good, and perhaps you can avoid the Hosp all winter! That would be so wonderful.

I LOVE those leggings!!

I got your message about using the tubing to vent Jaxson's tummy. If I did that with Ashlea all the milk and contents of her stomach would come out (maybe 'cos she is fed every 2 hours minimum???). Am I missing something???

Dance, DANCE, Jaxson!! You are looking great!

I love the helicopter pics, so cool!

Marissa actually wears a cap over her trach. She has limited movement of her vocal chords, so when she laughs, cries or gets overly excited, you hear a loud squeaky stridor. She tolerates her cap well while she's awake though. She will hopefully have a reconstructive surgery this summer and get the trach out after that. This is the first year I have been comfortable taking her out in the snow to play because she is capped. Since the speaking valve allows air in through the trach, it always made me nervous that she would get really cold air straight to her lungs. We could have used the HME but I feel so much better taking her out now that she is capped.

Wow, I wrote a book! Have a great day!

Wow, those are some great pictures! The helicopter ones should be in their ads. :) And Jax is adorable as always, looking like a little dancing man!

My Peanut had great success with the farrell bags. She was able to get the formula in the bag, but I remembered this morning one problem we did have with them. When we were using them, she was a SERIOUS retcher. She would retch horribly all night long. It was a nightmare. She would retch until all her formula was up the farrell bag. Then when she stopped retching, it would all slowly drain back into her stomach. Well she's a very low volume girl. She still can't go more than 55 cc's an hour. So to have all that formula drain back in by gravity wasn't good. It just made her retch again. So it was good in that she was able to get the formula and air out, but bad in the fact that it sometimes compounded the problem.

Sorry that was so long! Have you had any success with them yet?

Love the baby legs - just found a pair buried in my diaper bag from months ago - good thing I got a new diaper bag from Santa, it was definitely time to clean out the old one!

Hey Lacey, I was wondering where on earth you find those leggings. They are adorable, and Lily is about to go back into the hospital and I want to make sure her legs will stay warm. Jaxon is so adorable by the way, his hair makes me giggle, because I have the urge, just like I do with Lily's wild hair, to run my finger through it and play with it. I bed it is just as soft as miss Lily's.
