Jaxson at the wishing well!

We finally got to Make a Wish last night for Jax to make his wish! We've been planning this since before Arina came home, and have finally had time to get it done!

They make it a huge ordeal for the kids. Sometimes I think the volunteers like when the children can communicate more, but they have no idea what an impact it does have on Jax. He's been through so much pain in his life, he deserves to be the center of attention!
She showed him his star that will go up after his wish is granted.

We all sat around a table and talked about wishes. What we would wish for, what we would wish for Jax, and what we thought Jax would wish for. (Oh mom, you really need to get a haircut so you'll stop pulling your hair in an ugly pony!)

We had been thinking on what Jax would tell us he wanted for a wish. We had been thinking Disneyworld, because he loves Mickey, the music, and just the atmosphere of Disneyland. But the boys helped us with the decision, because when they asked them, they said he would want to go to Disney to meet Buzz Lightyear, his new favorite character! So thats his wish. Meet Buzz Lightyear and Mickey Mouse!
Thats a great wish! I didn't really want to wish for anything that would be at the house, because we hope to move soon. Plus he can't play on a playground anyway. This was a lot of thinking on our part. But thats what he loves. People, lights, sounds, and the characters!

Ohhh, the beautiful wishing room. It has a fountain, and lights that shined many different colors. Jax loved it. I've never seen such big smiles. He knew this night was for him!






His brothers were his hands. To take his wish, put it in the magic hat, and send it to the wish fairies!
