Too much cuteness

Today we had some visitors. Emily and Tausha came over with Justin and Sam. And Kristi came over to drop off a blankie she was helping me with, and she brought Carter. 4 little angel boys in one room. We had some serious overflowing cuteness. I look at all of them together and I think, how can anyone terminate this. We were saying they should do away with the testing, because it is so inaccurate. Or, they could just give the moms this cute pic when they find out their having a downs baby.
Of course as always I feel a little sad that all these cute babies are sitting up checking each other out and making cute noises, and I have to hold my 3 year old up in my lap so he's sitting up. And he could care less that they are around. It truly is sad, and although I try not to dwell on it, its hard to think this is were he should be. How can a person live with themselves after they've done this to a child?
He was getting a little cranky after a while, I think because he kept tipping over and we had to sit him back up. He's like, enough already.

LOVE those boys! Thanks again for letting us come over. It was wonderful to meet you and Jaxson and the other families. Jaxson truly is an amazing little guy. I love him! Let me know if you ever need anything!

I am crying tears of happiness right now just looking at those four angels. When Ella and I get to Utah....we ALL have to get together with little Preslie so the girls can enjoy all of their boyfriends. You are all truly blessed to have each other so close by. I wish I could find even one person near me. Zoey is the closest I have found and she is 2 1/2 hours away.

I haven't had a chance to post my picture yet!! What an awesome experience to have the cutest four little boys together. I am so sorry it is hard for you to see the other boys sitting up and interacting - I am sure that is very hard. I just still can't get enough of Jaxson - he is so, so cute. I will check with you next week to see if you need any help with more blankies.

I have to admit Lacey, when I looked at the photo I thought to myself, "how cute", then "that must be hard for Lacey with those three sitting boys". It must be so hard and so frustrating sometimes. I'm sure you have those moments and eventually it passes, but know you're not alone. All of us with children with special needs have been there (and with typical needs too!!!) It's just part of being a parent. We want things to be easy for our children. When I get in one of those funks I try to remind myself that Chloe wouldn't be Chloe if she wasn't just the way she is. Doesn't mean I don't want things easier for her, but she is who she is. I wish I could give you a real hug but a cyber hug will have to do. You're an amazing woman! One of my true heroes.

I agree Lacey, who wouldn't want this beauty in their life. They truly don't know the indescribable joy they are missing out on.

Big hugs to Jaxson for all he has gone through, and you too!

CUTENESS OVERKILL!!! I am so jealous that you had such adorable visitors!

I just read an e-mail about abortion...I'll send it to you. It's a good one that makes people really think about it!

I am so sorry that it makes you sad that Jaxson isn't at the same level as these other cuties! It breaks my heart for you, because I know just how sad it can be! It just doesn't seem fair that Jax and Gavin have had to struggle more than their share! (Especially Jax!)

Still praying for you and Jaxson! Hugs to you both!!!

What a great moment...so blessed to have all those sweet boys in one room! Jaxon knew they were there and loved it even if his body couldn't show it...his spirit is alive and full of magic and wonder. I think we need to have a HUGE DS blogging party so we can all meet up! Hope you are well miss lacy (as well as can be expected)...please let me know what you need...when we are all healthy, let's get together!

oh Lacey. I just found out about Kaitlyn's Mom who has started a new blog. She is having a little girl with DS in August. She has an ASD. I so hope she doesn't read Bella's blog, read my Joy's. :) I don't want to scare her. :) It amazes me the range of health problems these sweet little ones can have from almost nothing to very severe.

Thanks for posting that picture - it's very cute!
