Quick post. Busy weekend in our house. Had a Hope kids birthday party today for all birthdays in Sept, Oct, Nov. Each kid had a little piece of cake with a candle and got a small gift. I'll post pics of that tomorrow. Our anniversary is tomorrow so tonight we have a date night. If we get there that is, its snowing heavily right now. Ugh, I'm so not ready for this. Jax is staying with Auntie Boo, and he other boys will be at grandmas.
Here's a quick picture of Jaxson. Do you think he likes his new nurse Brandon? Nah, not at all. I'm still getting used to having nurses in the house. Brandon's been great with him. The one other nurse I'm not quite sure of. She's nice, just very quiet. I think we just have a personality clash. I just hate to ask for another nurse, I'm sure she's good at what she does. We'll see.

ReplyDeleteHaving care-givers (or nurses) in the house is kind of weird. We've got a home-aide for Sammi now and although it frees us up to get some much-needed stuff done, it's still strange.

ReplyDeleteIt is hards to get used to having nurses in the house. And you really do have to like them. We went through a bunch of nurses who were anywhere from horrid to just plain weird. Now we have two nurses who both love my baby and who I am comfortable with.

ReplyDeleteFollow your gut on the nursing. It may be a wonderful nurse, just not a fit for your family. I found that out the hard way! Mommy always knows best.

ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary, I hope you made to your date night! Jax looks totally comfy in his nurse's arms, such a sweet pic. As strange as it might seem sometimes it's also an asset having someone around to help you and belive me sometimes its better when they aren't too talkative, as long as they are good with Jax, and he has found a comfort level with them I wouldn't worry too much about the rest.
