Jaxson and his girlfriend Zoey

First whats happening with Jax today. You know tomorrow we are going to Dr. Lungs, today we went to our peds office. My ped was out but another ped that knows Jax well saw him. When we did the chest x-ray I was telling her that his heart is getting bigger. That I think he's in some heart failure. Whether it is from his SVC putting strain on his heart or something with his heart itself. She agreed, and she's hoping that Dr. Lungs tomorrow will back us up so we can confront cardiology. Cardiology is such a pain in my butt. I told the doc today how I hate them and how they drag their feet. The funny thing is she was a resident there not too long ago, so she remembers well. She said they always seem to think its something else, not the heart. So we are going to have to do some more head bashing if Dr. lungs agrees with us. This means Boston really needs to hurry up.

Ok, now I'm sure you all know sweet Zoey, she is Jaxsons girlfriend. We need extra prayers for her tonight. Pray for her biopsy tomorrow that its quick, and the answers are good. I have soo grown to love this family. Heather is the most compasionate person I know, and Zoey and Jax are truly connected.
Oh, mom, he's so cute!! One of my favorite pics.

Jaxson and Zoey have endured such similar trials. Heart, siezures, and although Jaxson did not deal with luekemia (cancer of the blood), funny enough he has major blood issues too. Which is whats causing his SVC problems.
Our little pint size angels, so close in age and size and definitely spirit. Seeing them in April was the highlight of our trip. And we will be seeing them next week, and I feel more than ever that I need to squeeze sweet Zoey and give Heather the biggest hug ever.

I love you dear friend, can't wait to see you. We will be thinking about you tomorrow, and worrying right along with you. But I do have good feelings tonight, I don't know why. Our little fighters will continue to show us the way.

I love their blog! I frequent it often. I will be praying for her and your precious Jaxson. I hope Dr. Lungs agrees and then cardiology gets amassed with information and do something quick.

Lacey and Jaxson:

I posted a version of this on Heather's site too. But I thought it appropriate to share here as well. We will be praying hard for you guys tomorrow. Please threaten your cardiologists with a visit from me tomorrow. LOL!

One day, I sat down and went through the Bible looking at every book - Specifically at Chapter 3, verse 21. I think you know why....Here is what I found:

Proverbs 3:21: "My son, preserve sound judgement and discernment, do not let them out of your sight."

Ezekiel 3:21: "But if you warn the righteous man not to sin and he does not sin, he will surely live becasue he took warning, and you will have saved yourself."

Luke 3:21 (on the Baptism of Jesus): "When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened..."

John 3:21: "But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

Ephesians 3:21: "to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."

Philippians 3:21: "who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body."

1Peter 3:21: "...and this water symbolizes baptizm that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ."

1 John 3:21: "Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God."

This is may favorite:

Revelation 3:21: "To him who overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne."

Isn't it amazing that all of these wonderful passages are in those exact chapeters/verses in the Bible?

We will be praying for you tomorrow and always!

Big Hugs!

Steph and Christopher
